1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent from every government office. It does not store official records, perform official checks, retrieve files, or submit paperwork.

Its purpose is to identify the Bracken County Sheriff, the Circuit Clerk, Kentucky State Police, the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry, and other official record channels. Some pages also connect to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Visitors must not:

• Use the site in violation of federal, Kentucky, or local law
• Threaten, stalk, or harass a person with information found here
• Use the content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system
• Deploy bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools
• Disrupt performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use site or linked information to intimidate, stalk, threaten, harass, or discriminate. Kentucky Sex Offender Registry data exists for public safety, not punishment or vigilantism. KSP warns that harassment can violate KRS 525.070 or 525.080 and may result in criminal penalties.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not produce consumer, credit, or background reports. Data from this site or a linked tool must not be used to:

• Make an employment decision
• Evaluate a renter or housing application
• Set insurance terms or judge creditworthiness
• Determine program, permit, or license eligibility
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated decision

A lawful regulated check must come through the authorized Kentucky State Police process or a compliant consumer reporting provider.

General Bracken County record information is not legal advice. A licensed Kentucky attorney must advise how a warrant, charge, conviction, or expungement rule applies to a particular matter.
